Christmas was quite a fun day at our house with three energetic young boys. It is fun having them all at the age where the Christmas Magic is still so strong. We got up early checked out the stockings and had some breakfast. Finley slept in a little (which was good) but was up and ready by present time. We had a long fun day with cousins and grandparents and aunts and uncles. They especially loved that a neighbor family chose to give us a nativity set piece by piece each day until Christmas. They were so excited to find baby Jesus in the manger waiting on the front porch when we got home from visiting with family on Christmas Eve. It was fun to hear them talk about how baby Jesus had been born and so we get Christmas. I was glad that this year they were not just only obsessed about presents (although there was plenty of that too.)
