California Vacation Week 2

So after a fun week in Carlsbad, the Easter Bunny came a day early and left the boys baskets with tickets to Disneyland, so of course we had to use them. We spent Saturday in the Disneyland park riding rides and visiting Mickey Mouse. Sunday we took a break and just relaxed at the hotel but we ended up going on a ride still.....this one was just provided by mother nature. Yep we felt the EARTHQUAKE that hit in Mexico. It gave our hotel room quite a little ride. At first I thought the boys were just running around or jumping on the bed but as I turned to tell them to quiet down Kevin said "is that an earthquake" and we realized it was. It kind of died down but then started up again much stronger so to be safe we headed outside. The boys didn't really get what was going on which was nice and we got to experience an earthquake without any bad side effects. Monday was rainy and that meant the lines were not very long at the park. We went to California Adventure as well. We had a lot of fun and were able to ride plenty of rides. We would get fast passes for the rides with long lines then a stroller pass and that way Braeden got to double up on the fun and Kevin and I didn't have to wait in the lines twice. When Braeden was on the bigger rides the little kids and I or Kevin would ride whinnie the pooh or the carosel etc. Once the guy even let us just continue on the ride without having to get off cause there was no one else in line. Braeden also go to be in the Jedi Training show. I saved our spot real early and managed to be buy an insider who was on his day off so he gave me tips on how to get him picked. It was fun. We almost wish it didn't have to end but we did have to come home, back to school and work.
